Ondea is an intent engine: it reads public posts on the open internet and matches them to products. Here is everything we collect and why — no legalese.

What we collect

• Your email address — to manage the waitlist, sign you in (magic links), and send you the lead emails you opt into.
• Your product URL — we crawl your own public website once to model the problem your product solves.
• Public posts — we process publicly available posts and comments from platforms like Reddit and Hacker News to find people describing the problem you solve. We never collect private messages or anything behind a login.

What we deliberately don't do

• We never store raw IP addresses — only salted hashes used for rate limiting.
• We never post or send anything on your behalf. Drafts are copy-paste only.
• We don't sell data, run ads, or use tracking pixels.

Deleting your data

Delete your account from Settings: your product, leads and graphs are removed within 7 days. Only anonymized usage aggregates remain.
